Sales Development Team Leader – Manchester (Hybrid 3 days office, 2 home)
You’ll oversee inbound and outbound prospecting, leveraging email, phone, and LinkedIn to set up meetings, demos, and webinars for the sales team. As a player-coach, you’ll guide SDRs on best practices, track progress, and ensure consistent delivery of quality opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven experience in prospecting high-value technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and strong relationship-building abilities. You’ll have the drive to research target accounts, tailor outreach, and support your team’s success — with a clear path toward future account management or new business roles.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in telemarketing or prospecting within IT/managed services
- Strong communication, listening, and research skills
- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and outreach tools
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude
